I made my purchase in December & I’ve only just been asked to submit a review! The delivery took a really long time & I had to chase it up because I wanted it for Christmas. The fig panettone was the best one I’ve ever tasted. I will be ordering again but much earlier!

The Moka coffee pot is excellent. I bought 1 for each of my children in red and they were delighted with them. The company kept me informed at all stages of the ordering process, even when there was a delay of just a few days. I will certainly use Coffee Friend again.

I purchased an expensive coffee machine that failed within months. After weeks of waiting, Coffee Friend initially told me it had been repaired—only to later admit it hadn’t. Meanwhile, they ignored multiple requests for a refund and only agreed after I issued a formal letter before action. They also insisted on a 15% deduction from the refund amount despite the delays, stress, and poor handling on their side. I accepted only to move on. Communication throughout was evasive and inconsistent, and the process dragged on far longer than acceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buy from a retailer with real customer support and proper warranty standards in the UK.

Saw the product through a Google Shopping Ad, only to find out it was ever actually in stock . They cancelled my order the next day.. They said my money back in 5-8 days but its been two week and till nothing

We ordered a delonghi coffee machine last month and the delivery process was great. After a week we realised there was an issue with the steam wand attachment and so spoke with Simon. He was absolutely fantastic and arranged for the current machine to be returned and within a couple of days of being sent the replacement is on its way. It's frustrating that a machine that cost so much had a fault but things happen and the way it was resolved was exact what you would hope for. A great company and Simon is worth the five stars alone for his help. Dan

The flow rate from the machine I bought was very slow. Slower than my current machine which I was replacing. They were the same model. The company refused to accept the return…I ended up getting rid of the machine in the end.

I placed a 190eur order and received a defective product (differs from the photos on their website). I submitted clear photos of the defect. They refused to create the return label even after several timely requests. They just tried to haggle and offer me a discount. After pointing out their legal obligations, they acknowledge them, but let me know that they find their internal preferences more important. I have never experienced this with another webshop and will certainly not purchase from them again.
