Good service and quick delivery.

I was concerned at first when I called their Bournemouth number but was connected to, I believe, someone in Luthuania! I placed my order and received an e-mail confirmation with a link so that I could check my order. The link did not work! The website also did not recognise my order number. This was disconcerting! I tried to call and couldn't get through. However, I left a message and somebody called back which reassured me. A couple of days later, I had a message from DPD giving a delivery date. I ordered a coffee machine but what arrived was a box of coffee. I phoned again and was told that they had sent two parcels and what had arrived was the first. This in fact, was a gift. Thanks! The next day, the machine arrived and so far has been brilliant. A converter for the EU plug was included and the machine seems to be working well. So, whilst I was concerned at first, everything turned out just fine. This is intended as constructive criticism in the hope that you can review the ordering and acknowledgement procedure. Thank you for your reassurances over the phone and for your great prices!

I will admit I nearly didn’t purchase from this company because of the bad reviews. But I decided to chance it. They have been excellent all the way. Fast delivery, great product and when I did need customer service they were quick to reply and very knowledgeable on the product and process. Would recommend.

I bought this for a friend and when they opened the gift they were disappointed because the plug inside is not compatible to the UK socket. This is extremely MISLEADING. Very disappointed because I can't return it as the time she opened it has been well overdue the return policy. Never buying from here again!

Customer service none existent. Selling Italian coffee machine to the UK market with European plugs which is illegal. When I contacted Gaggia they said third party sellers like Coffee Friend shouldn’t sending machines out like this as it wouldn’t cover the Warranty. Coffee Friend doesn’t respond.

I don't recommend it, 1-I didn't receive a confirmation email, after the weekend I contacted via chat, I wrote to Rose, she said she didn't see the payment, I proved the payment, she apologized. After the chat, I received a confirmation with the tracking number, which didn't work!!! Because it doesn't exist. I'm still waiting for my order.
