I ordered the DeLonghi coffee machine, however there was a problem with the filter. Unfortunately, it took some time with emails back and fro until they sent me the relevant part. Once that was received the machine worked perfectly.

I have ordered my coffee machine for my husbands birthday. It's was working fine but the milk frothing function gave up after few months. After numerous conversations with coffee friend, phillips and gaggia representatives (as I have been moved from post to pillar), CF advised I could post it somewhere to get it serviced. I wasn't advised where it's going as the label to ship the parcel was with the DPD driver. It's now been 3 full months since the machine was posted to be repaired, despite email confirming initially, repair process may take between 4-6 weeks. I still have no tracking number and don't know when I'll be receiving my coffee machine back. I'm well beyond my patience limits and the only reason I gave 2 stars in this review, is that Camilla from coffee friend has responded kindly to all my emails and told me that I should receive it after Easter, however still no tracking number. This is just beyond my imagination how can someone be left with no communication for so long and has to keep chasing company to receive their own machine back.
