Lack of communication about delivery date was a frustration and duplicated by delivery company emails both which were inaccurate. Purchased 16 Mar 24 – delivered 06 Apr 24

Delivery was systematic and fast

The first coffee machine arrived damaged. Although it was wrapped in plastic the cardboard on the inside was damaged and on opening the machine it was obvious it had already been opened and possibly rejected. It was sent back and a replacement arrived with no issue.

Great service and delivery on time
