The coffee machine took a while to be delivered due to stock issues but they kept us informed.

A ridiculous long winded procedure for a faulty item. Extremely rude unhelpful customer service Quite frankly if she was a member of my staff I would sack her! Do not use this company. USE Amazon something similar happened with them I dropped off the return and the money was in my account before I got home!

When i ordered an item it was marked as fast delivery. i started chasing 3 days later as the check order software didnt work. Their live chat is awful and unresponsive. i sent countless messages spaced out trying to get a response. i then got told it was an 8-12 day delivery window thats not fast delivery. i then started chasing after day 8 (not exactly fast delivery then) when there was still no update, more chasing and no response. Eventually i got a response, saying it was due for dispatch on day 14. I explained i needed it by day 15 for travel. and i was asssured it would be with me by that date. Day 13 still no update on my order, not even in order processing. So i chased again. "Sorry, we had an issue with your order. We will include a gift as an apology but it wont be dispatched until day 21" To give them their credit, i replied after they had closed demanding a cancelled order and a refund which I have woken up to being processed. However, I will reserve some judgement on this last part of the journey until the money is back in my account. Very poor. I wont be using them again. I'd rather pay slightly more elsewhere for service I expect in this day and age.

There were some problems with my order but when I pointed it out, it was quickly rectified by a very helpful polite customer service person so I am very happy and would buy from Coffee Friend again

I ordered a coffee machine, unfortunately it was not delivered by DPD on the first time round, so the coffee machine was returned to Coffee Friend, but what makes this incident from bad to excellent was the good customer service I received from Coffee Friend. They walked me through the process and how it would all work and kept me updated. When I called each time they recognized me and supported me until I received my coffee machine. Thank you and now I am enjoying my coffee the way I really like it.
