The Nespresso Machine was sourced from stock ment for the Baltic states so paperwork including the 20 Euro coffee voucher could not be utilised in the UK. You are putting profit before service – NOT GOOD for your customers!

I am very satisfied and will order again

I placed my order for Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine on 21st April 2024 and am still waiting. It's now 19th May. That's nearly a month waiting, and the web site stated delivery in a matter of a few days. I have done all of the chasing and although Coffee Friend have replied to my emails, I am not really getting answers. The web site shows "In Stock" but my online order tracking still says "order placed" not "order being processed" nor "ready for courier". It has not been updated since I placed my order. I really wish I'd placed my order with Amazon, which although priced at £20 more is available for next day delivery! Not a happy customer and still waiting. UPDATE 19th May. I was contacted by Coffee Friend a couple of days ago who informed me my machine had been dispatched. UNFORTUNATELY, Royal Mail have accidentally sent my package to the wrong depot, so it's been delayed! I might see it on 20th or soon after. This latest delay is at least NOT the fault of Coffee Friend.

Unfortunately although the machine has arrived we cannot use it because it has a continental plug that does not fit into the adapter that came with it!! I've therefore had to go onto Amazon to buy an EU to UK connector. So still no coffee till it arrives on Wednesday 🤷‍♂️
