Bought a new Mignon Specialita grinder at a very competitive price from Coffee Friend. The order had regular updates and after assembly when I found the fork do not fit in they were very quick to send a replacement which fitted in perfectly. The coffee machine we selected replaced an old broken model and was supplied quickly and well packaged. It fitted our needs. Also the price was very reasonable.

The machine was well priced and I am very happy with it. However the experience was seriously undermined by very slow delivery, almost three weeks. Had someone contacted me to say there was a problem and 'next day' delivery was not possible, I would have added a star – I had to question them as time ticked by. Contact is all.
