Rose was super helpful when I bought my coffee machine, helped me to choose a descaler for it and even included a bag of coffee. She answered all of my questions and was so helpful. 10/10 for customer service and product support.

My Ascaso espresso machine arrived with a fault so had to be returned and replaced. The team at CoffeeFriend arranged a courier to collect and sent out a replacement which I am happy to say works perfectly! Great service.

Great product. I queried delivery dates as had misunderstood the timescales however I received friendly responses very quickly to explain this. It did take the full delivery time plus 1 day but when the machine arrived all was forgiven because the coffee was so good.

I was disappointed with the colour , I asked for Silver and it was greyish green ! The plug was EU and the adapter did not fit , the replacement did. The service was good and helpful and the machine is now acceptable .

Nespresso machine purchased at a very competitive price plus fast delivery. Unfortunately, they'd forgotten to include the UK plug converter. No worries! After a quick call to their customer service in the afternoon all was rectified and it was with me the very next morning. Very impressive!!
