The item purchased was as expected, it arrived promptly and well packed. The only downside was that all leaflets were in many languages except English.

My recent experience with Coffee Friend has been highly disappointing. The Lelit coffee grinder I ordered took over three weeks to arrive, with poor communication throughout the entire process. When the product finally arrived, I was shocked to find it had clearly been used, emitting a strong coffee smell and containing coffee residues. I immediately contacted Coffee Friend for a refund and hope they will address this issue promptly. This experience has been far from satisfactory.

I received a Sodastream Duo with a Polish manual on 24 June but when I queried that I was informed that they are an international company and that some products will be in a variety of languages, in breach of EU and UK laws. I have since found out the company is not an authorised UK dealer and I have raised the issue with Sodastream UK. Sir, As the instructions and registration instructions for the warranty were in Polish I requested a return only to discover that I was required to pay £9.90 for the return. Sodastream UK, when contacted, provided a web link to an English manual and allowed me to register the warranty on its website. In the UK, product manuals must be provided in English to ensure that consumers can understand how to use the product safely and correctly.

Product is excellent and delivery was next day price was good couldn't ask for more.
