Overall very happy and coffee machine works great. However, better communication and transparency would be nice. I ordered a machine with expected delivery time of 3-5 days when it didn’t arrive I questioned this with the company who said for this sort of coffee machine will take up to 12 days to come into stock. I checked all communication I had and this is not stated anywhere from ordering. Perhaps if there is likely to be a delay in supply this should be stated at time of purchase? That being said once dispatch it was sent 24hr so much quicker then the stated 3-5 days
