We genuinely thought that there could have been something doggy about this website. It is actually brilliant and the delivery service and packaging was top tier! Device was brand new and 100% working. Will use the website again and share it with friends!

First, the good: cups arrived very well protected and customer services replied very promptly to my query and offered a discount on my next purchase – always reassuring to know there’s a human being at the other end. I’m knocking a few stars off because my items arrived late and I think there’s something a bit slippery about the advertised delivery dates on the website. I noticed delivery timescales changed not long after I ordered the items. If you’re prepared to wait for your items then all good. But if you’re ordering to a deadline for, say, a birthday or wedding gift, then leave yourself plenty of time.

My experience was not a good one with this company , I think I saved around £25.00 on a coffee machine that i wished id purchased from the high street .. i wanted to return it the moment it arrived although purchased in the uk this item had a foreign plug on it , the box was slightly damaged and clearly looked like a returns product .. I did contact the company but wasn’t straight forward this question that question all fobbing me of with its user error problem the item just didn’t fill write it was like a doctored up second hand car . The item did work but simply had a mind of its own it was clear the company was not going to refund me ,, I would stay well clear I work for the nhs where my colleagues are always discussing the latest tech I have shared my views with well over 1600 co workers and even mentioned the company on a dinner do each thankfully no body will be buying from this company spend your money and buy direct from a high street where you will have piece of mind should anything go wrong

Ordered a Eureka coffee grinder, which was slightly different to the same grinder on other sites (chrome funnel). The price was the best available for the model/spec ordered. Needed to contact the company as I didn't receive confirmation of order. The response was prompt and the issue was sorted immediately. Excellent communication throughout the purchase process.
