Ordered a toaster from the Company's website on 17/07 which was listed as in stock. After the ordered was confirmed I attempted to track the order but each time I tried it was not possible to find the order. On 22/07 I e-mailed the Company asking for an update on when my order would be delivered and received a response the order should be received within 12 business days of the order. On 02/08 having not received any further update or order I requested the order was cancelled and a refund provided. On 05/08 the Company confirmed they had refunded payment which would be in my account within 3 business days. On 11/08 having not received the promised refund I made a complaint to PayPal with payment eventually being refunded on 14/08. I would never order from this Company again!

We like the product and it did eventually arrive when the delivery team said it would. We were sent complimentary coffee because of the long delay in being able to supply the cups which was good of the team, but we had weeks of no communication following our order – felt like it had disappeared into a 'black hole' !
