Firstly I had no problems with Customer Agents and a thank you especially to Simon. The delivery was on time but this is where they lost their star, you are given a tracking page which was not updated from order received on 01.09.2025 until dispatch day in my case 8 working days later 10.09.2025, even though the page shows several stages. Considering My Item was a Tefal Multi cooker shown as in stock when I purchased it ( and delivery shown as 8 to 12 days on their website) I felt that as the product was in stock took a really long time to dispatch. As for the cooker it's self arrived in a box marked Rice Cooker, however after speaking to Simon, whom kindly went through what to do and so on opening the box I found the multi cooker I had ordered was inside. I have had the cooker switched on , it looks great quality but as ever when I get it up and running in a couple of days and tried I would be able to report better on the item. I feel this is an honest and fair assessment of my journey and a very fair 4 stars awarded.

Good evening. Well, what can I say. The coffee refuses excellent, the delivery is incomparable. Everything is very fast and on time. The thing is that my son's broke and I had to give him mine, since I also have a manual one. But I will definitely order a second one.
