My Soda Stream arrived quickly and in tact, very happy till I came to use it, instructions & warnings on the bottle all in German only! Once I'd found the instructions in English (online) and got it working, very pleased with it so far.

Good price and coffee machine delivered when stated

I've never ordered before from Coffee Friend. I found it through Google after breaking the glass jug for my Technivorm Moccamaster and the replacement is now really pricey if you can find it at all. But with Coffee Friend, the replacement jug was on sale. I did read some of the bad reviews here on Trustpilot and spent a couple of days thinking over whether to risk it but went for it in the end – and very happy to have done so! I ordered on bank holiday Monday, Royal Mail delivered on Saturday. I'm very pleased with the price of the replacement jug and with Coffee Friend's service.

After seeing the product online, I called to ensure the delivery times were correct as I had previously placed an order with a different company and had an awful experience. Coffee Friend was extremely helpful and put my mind to rest confirming the process and delivery. They delivered exactly when they said they would! It was seamless and we are so pleased with our new coffee machine! Just wished I had found them first!

I ordered a Soda Stream Duo and spare glass bottle on 20 August for my grandson’s 7th Birthday on 12 September. I haven’t been able to track the order yet, even though it is now 6 September. I sent an email to Customer Services and received a prompt reply from Simona who advised me that it should arrive on 13 September – after 25 days! I am very disappointed. I noted that delivery times were 8-10 days so ordered early to make sure it would arrive in plenty of time.

Don't purchase from Coffee Friend. They don't send items in an acceptable timeframe.

Coffee grinder is good but delivery time was not as fast as promised.

The coffee machine sold to me had a European plug. This was not stated on the website. I was tricked. Be careful buying from them.

I ordered a coffee machine 2 weeks ago. Said 5-8 Days for delivery and the order hasn't started processing yet. I have tried the webchat and, if I wasn't ignored, I was given very non-committal answers. They took my money quick enough but can't seem to speak to me, send me my product or let me cancel so I can order from somehwere that will actually give me the product I paid for.

I have bought a few things from this company and They are an excellent company to deal with great communication and very quick delivery.

Slow and long dispatch, if it's out of stock, take it off your website and stop misleading customers!
