Ordered 5 days ago, and the only thing that’s happened is the label has been printed for the Royal Mail. They say they’ll ship within 2-5, which seems ultra slow in modern e-commerce but to sit with the label printed for 3 days is pretty slack. Diabolical.

My second time using Coffee Friend. I purchased the kettle to match the toaster i bought from them. Again I had question which were answered very quickly at their end.

Just waiting on the resolution to my lobbying for a reduction for a £9.90 return charge for a 1.2kg product that didn't illustrate the unsightly and cumbersome euro plug adapter. I will update when and if I have a resolution.
