Customer service is great. My only issue is that everyone should enquire before purchasing that the product is for uk market. As they are differences in products which not everyone would be happy about. Quick delivery , safely packed. As of the coffee machine it’s simply great. It’s my second one and truly makes amazing coffee. I love it. All latte go machines are very good , I’ve chosen this model as I bought it previously and I don’t need more options then this one have. Overall good experience.

Delivery was fine, however the product came with an EU plug with a UK adapter so the cable protrudes outwards by a few inches. This was not mentioned anywhere in the product description.
