Great coffee machine and at a good price. A little slow on delivery and correspondence which did make me a little concerned that it wasn’t going to arrive. The stated delivery times shown on the website weren’t true to form. However overall I’m pleased.

GOOD. Although I had problems 3 Days aftter ordering a coffee machine, the order hadn't moved to "order is being processed" stage, they did contact me to tell me their website was not displaying status correctly. Item was shipped next day and delivered the day after.

The Coffee House delivered as promised. The delivery was on time and the coffe machine is installed and running! Love all the little emails on tips for cleaning etc.

It took over 2 weeks to receive my coffee machine, when the website clearly states 1-3 days and 85% receiving it sooner.

Fantastic customer service. Good communication and no problem with delivery. Great price and happy with my coffee machine. Only reason not 5* is it comes with a European plug with an adapter which would have been good to know before hand.
