Overall a good service. Efficient and friendly staff. Lead times for both the Lelit Victoria machine and Lelit Fred grinder were a bit long and the Victoria delivery time over ran by a week or so. I spoke to Rose on the phone and she was very helpful and compensated me with a Kilogram bag of coffee. I used them again, ordering a tamper for the new machine. I also made use of their £150 cashback offer and paid for the grinder with it. I would recommend this company
