The product was very quick delivered. The only one thing which should be mentioned is, that it came with an European plug and a little unhandy adapter.

My order arrived quickly, however Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. When I reached out to Coffee Friend they replied immediately and offered to send a replacement order when Royal Mail had sent something to them in writing to confirm they would pay for the replacement. When I received my kettle I couldn't figure out how to fit the UK 3 prong converter plug. When I emailed them asking for help, customer service replied on the same day with an instruction document which I followed. Very helpful and responsive customer service.

We bought a very expensive built in coffee machine, the machine is not new, nothing comes with the protective wrapping from factory as they just threw a bubble wrap plastic on top of the machine. Some of the parts are dirty and the milk container seems to be defective. It comes with a European plug to make things even better!!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying, it seems that this is a very common practice for this company. I contacted them and if I don't receive my refund on Monday I will report them to trading standards as it is obvious this is not a mistake. To your reply I would say you are omitting a small detail that is the machine had coffee grounds in it, you sell it as new and not even have the decency of cleaning the machine!! And 2 weeks now after you took your used machine back you still have my money!! Unprofessional is not the word for this company. How do you call people that take money from other people without permission….???? Their answer was that they had a big queue for refunds (I have it recorded, just in case you want to lie about that too)…not surprised about the big queue. My money back today please.
