Very efficient service and swift delivery. Communication excellent throughout. Would have given 5Stars but held one back as the Nespresso machine came with a European 2 pin plug with an adapter. Not an issue in itself but is not obvious in the purchase process.

Whilst researching for a coffee machine I came across Coffee Friend site online, having never heard of them before and the fact the machine I wanted was £420 cheaper than Curry’s I was a tad wary it was a scam site. I checked Trustpilot and then decided to order, thankfully everything was spot on and the machine arrived 2 days later, still can’t believe how cheap it was and to top it off I googled a promo code and got a further £5 off! Love my machine and loved the price 😊
