The product was nice, arrived with a slight delay which is understandable in current situation. One point, although, the website doesn't state that it is actually an EU product and therefore comes with an EU plug. It would be nice to be informed when purchasing the product.

Initial order was cancelled by The Coffee Mate in error, so there was a long delay in getting the order sorted. Having said that they were most apologetic and threw in a coffee filter. It still took a few more days to arrive from Poland which was a surprise. The machine arrived well packed and works well.

Prompt, tracked delivery. Good price and customer service communication. Updated, sleeker model to replace our old De’Longhi machine which finally ground to a halt after many years of daily frequent use. Thanks!
