Delivered on time, good customer service

Absolute disaster service and received a used machine. Seems to be a norm here that parcels sent by Coffe Friend get lost or go to the wrong place, so I assume that they are incapable of handling their clients products correctly. Not only that but when I finally receive the product, I see it was already opened and return, but I paid for a brand new product, not this. I know where I will NEVER shop from again, bad service and used coffee machines.
