Avoid this place at all costs regardless of the “great reviews” the moment you have an issue with whatever you purchase from them, you are doomed. You will be put through hell to resolve an issue and you won’t win. They will drive you mad . I say no more, good luck

Is 3weeks since I place my order and I still not recieve. Twice I spoke with help team, but info what they gave to me was not accurate. So Im still waiting, not sure when it arrive

Good company to deal with and great kettle, compact but great capacity and great features, I would definitely recommend. If you are into pour over coffee, this is one of the best kettles out there

Overall good company to deal with. Customer service is usually responsive. Only downside is that you may order an item, if it’s not in the warehouse, usually takes weeks for item to deliver and there is no update to customer via order section of the account informing the customer re stock availability. I had to call the customer service to follow up and swap my order with sth else in their stock. You may lose quite a few customers over this in a competitive market. My suggestion is that clearly mark which items are in stock and available for immediate delivery and which ones would take longer to manage customers expectations. Otherwise, items are all received, well packaged and had a good communication with their customer service on following up on my orders. I bought a Lelit Bianca V3 Couple of packs of coffee beans Milk jug And espresso cups.

Too slow and not clear how slow it would be

Their order processing and delivery was abysmal. I mailed them several times over 3 weeks without a sensible response. They only delivered the kettle when I asked for my money back.

Value for money

Very unprofessional service and not very clear on extra charges(optional ones). i have purchased Delonghi Dinamica Bean to cup coffee machine, there was option (€5) for express order processing. So I have opted for that, but what is the point of this express order processing if courier pick up this order 3 days later? Coffee machine arrived, well packed week later, not too bad to be honest. Then 2 days after started using it I noticed leak inside the machine that was leaking into the tray and very quickly overflowing on the counter. Reported to the seller, they asked me to reset to factory setting and descale machine…. well OK there are some procedures, so I did it even I knew this is nothing to do with descaling. After I've done it, sent videos to the seler liiking for further steps, but no response. Just to mention they are open 7-5PM! (2PM Irish time) and even if you call them within the opening hours they drop you straight away to the voice mail, claiming they will concat you soon, which as you guessed is not happening.

Always use a well known competitor, but was messed around. So i searched for other Lelit suppliers, and ordered new water tank for my Mara x. Top notch, delivery faster then advertised. Thank you.
