Your service was fine but the link to track the delivery didn't work. You then gave me the correct one and the courier showed that the Bosch coffee machine had been received in their warehouse. No delivery was scheduled on their tracking or communicated, then as im in the back of a cab come home from the hospital they ring door bell and leave the £1800 appliance by the door. Their site says if you're not in theyll leave with a neighbour. As it worked out everything was fine but I wasn't happy that no communication was made by ParcelForce and they left it unattended. The machine was in good order and as I was swapping it for the 10yr old previous model, fitting was a breeze. Hope you find this informative

Hello Thank you for my milk frother. I am really rather disappointed because it is messy and with minimum milk it will still all come over top. The electric base gets wet too. It is difficult to clean thoroughly as cannot remove reservoir. The top doesn't seal it in. Maybe the design needs more work & to be bigger to cope. On positive side It looks good and does froth milk well. Emails returned address not recognised.
