Terrible patronising customer service

It was ordered around the 10th February and I still haven’t received it ! Royal Mail lost in transit and the replacement has yet to arrive. I will know next time…Amazon would have delivered it next day. It was ordered for my wife’s 60 th birthday party… maybe I will get it in time for her 61st 🤔

The experience was a good one. The item was ordered and it arrived on the date specified.

I ordered the item, and after 7 days, no sign of my order being prepared or sent. No answers on phone calls and no answers on emails. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Only SCAMMERS did this with me, WHY?

Good product, well useful

Would NOT recommend. Waited weeks for my order, then sent the wrong item. Had to go out of my way to send back and wait further 2 weeks for refund. Customer service was appalling.

I was missold a coffee machine. That I suspect is refurbished. It arrived with a 2-pin foreign plug & completely useless adaptor. No mention of this on their website. It arrived damaged & has other issues, making it not fit for purpose. It's taken 2 weeks of back & forth emailing to get a return organised. I'm still waiting. They are irgnoring my return request. Palming me off with their "engineers recommendations". It’s extremely unprofessional & goes against consumer rights. I asked to return it under 14 days aswell. After sending them multiple videos & emails over 2 weeks, I've now had to ask Paypal to step in & help me deal with these scammers. I can't find their address from their website or invoice. Which is a big red flag.

Bought a coffee grinder from them, sent some free coffee beans aswell. Fast dispatch, no problems 🙂
