After reading the negative reviews on here I was initially reluctant to purchase from this website, however after a couple of emails back and forth with a helpful person at the company and in relation to a particular product, I decided to take my chances. The transaction went smoothly and the product, a new coffee grinder, was promptly shipped from Poland and arrived a few days later. The item is in perfect working order and the price was very competitive as it was on offer at the time, saving around 20% against the nearest competitor. I can't comment on the company's after sales care but can say that the initial pre-sales enquiries and purchase were handled well enough in my case.

Very strong whiff of a scam: they send you used and/or broken machines and refuse to deal with you after you've received them.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Didn’t check reviews until after I received my Lelit Anna coffee machine. Contacted them on day one as the pressure guage didn’t move, so the shot delivery was watery and useless. They asked for a video which I sent, they then tried to advise the tamper needed to be 20kg (it was as we upgraded on their advice) then after that they advised the coffee grinds weren’t fine enough, coffee used was Costa coffee for semi automatic filter machines. They want me to pay for return and also for service costs, won’t allow an independent technician to look at the machine. I don’t trust the company, so why would I trust their engineers!! Raising a credit card dispute and contacting watchdog as I think they need to be much more transparent about a number of things before you commit to purchasing i.e additional costs when things go wrong (remember this was day one of having the machine) their location, based in Lithuania, while publicising a London address on their website. If you want a faulty machine and the complete run around after you purchase, this is the company for you, otherwise DO NOT USE!!

Appalling company and I should have gone to John Lewis with their no quibble guarantee. From the start Gaggia machine leaked and did not carry out any functions consistently. Coffee mate refuse refund or new machine. I wouldn't touch this company in a million years; not so much coffee mate as coffee enemy. Steer clear and don't touch them. No wonder so many bad reviews!

It has been a week… but where’s my delivery? The landline call is not working. I seriously thought it is a spam or what?

Well i should have known something was up when my credit card company refused payment – and I got no further confirmation from them on delivery. I have started a dispute with Visa. Stay well clear – this company is dodgy.

Never AGAIN!!!! Initial purchase was quick, but as soon as your gadget has a failure you realise you dealing with “company” who’s understanding of customer is still in stone age. Our Melitta coffee machine encountered a serious manufacturer failure three months ago and we are still chaising ‘the coffee mate’ to get to the bottom of this. The only reason we used this website was because it is co.uk which was for us a sign of trust, the company is based and operating from Lithuania. My biggest suggestions for future buyers is to avoid this website at any cost.

Terrible Company, £1500 Nivona coffee machine failed after 10 months and this company are totally evasive about it. They even refused a UPS shipment of the machine to them. Now taking them to county court. It appears they may be an offshore company operating through a London address. For sure the legal process will uncover the truth about this dodgy outfit.

WARNING…. This is not UK based dispite having co.uk (url) and it takes weeks before you get your item and customer service phone number is very poor. You Have Been Warned

Great service, quick delivery, they answer the phone straight away and live chat was really useful in getting product information. I was initially worried because there were no reviews of the company available on-line. I checked them out and they are a very big company in Lithuania but newer to the UK market. The stock ships from Lithuania. I got a DPD tracking number straight away and it arrived in a few days. I bought the Philips EP3551 Coffee machine. Very pleased with it.
