Just received a Bosch in built coffee machine, set it up in 5 minutes and it is amazing. Machine came well packaged and of course brand new out of the box. I did think the milk container was missing however this was my error as it was packaged very well in foam. The machine was here on time and I couldn’t be happier. (UK buyer)

I had face some difficulties with the payment systems therefore had to to request the invoice three times, yet the team went beyond and above to make sure my request has been made. Hi, I bought my integral Coffee Machine from The Coffee Mate, it is a brilliant piece of equipment, great speedy delivery & great customer service. Looking at past reviews, I'm not surprised and I can only reiterate what a fantastic customer service the Coffee Mate has. Rose and Alice were absolute wonders and were not deterred by our (unwieldy) bureaucracy and were game to complete forms and run the gamut (seriously, the time they took to deal with us, phenomenal!)! Thanks so much, highly recommend dealing with them.

Rose was excellant coffee machine came before christmas and is from a europan country but i just went out got some beans and plug to make it work and its works amazing got a bit cheaper one as it was damaged but you cant see it so its like new. As its a bosch you get a 2 year warranty so thats always good. Also got a free cleaning kit with it as well!

Coffee machine was delivered from Lithuania and was a European model with a two pin plug – they supplied an adapter but this is unacceptable. Don't use them.

Highly recommend this company and would defo use them again! Incredible value for a coffee machine – and arrived looking great and as advertised. It does have a European plug, but as someone said below Coffee Mate provided an adapter. Unfortunately, ParcelForce made a mistake (not at all Coffee Mate's fault) and the coffee machine, a gift for my husband, arrived too late for Christmas. So I had to return it, which was not a problem at all for Coffee Mate, and it was picked up nearly immediately free of charge and I was fully refunded. The replies to queries on email were very quick – and customer service second to none. Once we have settled into our new kitchen, we will be buying a new coffee machine – and won't hesitate to use Coffee Mate again.

I had a great experience. Ordered a very compettitively priced coffee machine, customer service was great to follow up on my requests. Machine arrived quickly and in great condition. Wow!! Unbelievable service. Received my coffee machine fine, was in the middle of building our kitchen so wasn’t in any rush. When it came to fitting, the machine was in ok condition, seemed a little unfinished in parts. And I was missing the milk container so my partner got on the phone and they charged us £40 for a replacement!! This I wasn’t happy about but my partner had already ordered and paid as he couldn’t be dealing with the hassle……. forward nearly 6 weeks, no container, no answering phone, no reply to e-mails!! Poor poor service. Yeah we got a good discount but it’s not worth the hassle, you get what you pay for clearly. Why should you be penalised for taking the time to shop around to get a bargain.

I purchased a coffee machine from this company, fully aware of the bad reviews on this website. However, after doing significant "homework and research" on the company I had convinced myself that a lot of these reviews were unfair. Firstly, I was fully aware that the machine was coming from Poland or Lithuania, as I had liaised with the staff, prior to buying who were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my difficult questions, including the bad reviews, were the machines second hand/sub standard etc, and Alice, kindly provided me with satisfactory responses to all my questions. Yes, delivery does take slightly longer as you are ordering from abroad, however, you are provided with a tracking number which allows you to keep track of your order. Secondly, when you get your machine you are advised that, even though it is brand new, they have tested it prior to dispatching to ensure everything is in order – yes – I would prefer this to ensure I do not get a faulty machine. All in all, at this point in time, yes, I would use Coffee Mate again and recommend them, I would simply advise anyone to do what I did, and advise them of your concerns prior to buying. Such as I had read that the machines come with a European Plug, yes they do, however, Coffee Mate kindly provided me with a very good adaptor, free of charge, that alleviates this problem, secondly – delivery timescales – give Coffee Mate a chance, they need time to get the machine to you from abroad. All, in all, this company is cheaper than Amazon and I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt on the bad reviews and at the current time I am happy with the product I have received !!!
