Coffee machine supplied to a U.K. customer with an EU plug. Communication prior to delivery was fantastic, and delivery very quick. However I was very surprised to see the machine came with an EU plug. Nowhere was this shown prior to, or during the order phase. It should have been made much clearer. The machine was collected the next day and a full refund given, again really helpful customer service. So 5 stars for service but it really should have been made clear it was not a U.K. spec machine when sold.

Good service, but l wish they would have let me know at the outset that my chosen machine was not available. Having said that, these are extraordinary times and we are lucky to be able to get most things we want, so l am not complaining.

I received a crack in the lid for the coffee container. I cannot contact the office regarding complaints. The condensate container needs to be emptied very often. The water tank needs to be refilled too often. It is too small . The coffee is great !!
