Found Thecoffeemate website when looking up for the SAGE “The Barista Pro SES878BSS”, they offered a quite good deal, £549!… Though I was a bit sceptical about it and found the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to contact them to know whether it was a new genuine machine… First contact was good until I looked again at the website and boom the machine was now £599!!.. yes £50 more than a few days ago.. The previous offer was available until the 26th of June!!!!!! When I told them the price rose up by £50 they just replied: "Yes, I am sorry, but the price has changed due to high demand and limited stock"!… That is the answer I was expecting of course!!!!! Yes the demand increase due to the CORANA situation, that's not a reason to use it against customers!. Does not sound like a good deal anymore… So I won't buy anything from them! thanks

Coffee machine ordered on Monday, arrived Friday with some free coffee. The machine works great. Only criticism is to the manufacturers who should really include metal tampers with higher end machines – the uneven plastic won't do if uniformity is the key to properly brewed espresso (but again, this is not Coffee Mates fault).

Delivery was on time and was updated quite regularly. The only concern we had was that the coffee machine was obviously a european version as it was delivered with a universal adaptor, instead of having a UK plug on it. This may explain why it was alot cheaper than other sites. Hopefully there will be no issues with the machine in time.
