Coffee machine broken when it arrived. Won’t do anything. Seems computer is broken. We’ve tried calling Coffee Mate customer services 3 times and no response. You can only leave a voice message. Terrible service. Terrible product experience.

Comes with a EU plug and a ridiculous massive adapter so the machine cant sit back close to the wall!! for £850 I want a full refund please. Why are you sending these machines out from Lithuania to the UK?

Excellent!!! First class product and service I ordered a coffee machine and the delivery was messed up by UPS. The customer support (Rose) from The Coffee Mate was amazing. She sorted the problem out very quickly and my coffee machine finally arrived. We love the machine and coffee supplied. I would definitely recommend using Coffee mate.

Great price (cheapest by £30 – £330 from all other retailers!!) and was kept up to date with the delivery, which was slightly slower than normal but given COVID, totally acceptable. I had some minor queries before & after purchase, which were promptly & politely answered. The only minor factor to advise buyers is that machine may be supplied with a European 2-pin plug + UK adaptor. But I KNEW that was going to be the case (Coffee Mate had advised me + it is on their website) and as it sits behind the machine, out of sight, really is not a problem! If needed, fitting of a UK plug would be a very simple job. (I was going to do this, but have now decided not to bother!) I had read lots of online reviews about this company, some quite harsh. Bottom line is that all machines are warranted, so any problems once delivered can occur from any supplier & resolving can be a lottery – just because its come from a ‘reputable’ UK supplier does not guarantee the machine will be fixed promptly, thats up to the manufacturer to honour! Anyhow, MY experience thus far has been very positive. PS – additional milk containers etc can easily be bought online!

I am still waiting for UPS to deliver the coffee machine. Tracking the parcel has shown that it has been 5 miles away from me for the last 3 days.

I wish I had checked out the reviews before I purchased. Arrived with EU plug from Poland. Coffee mate sent out the adaptor. It then broke down only 12 days after arriving. I sent an email and followed up with a call. The call handler said it would be resolved by the email team. The email team told me to contact the manufacturer. But its the retailers responsibility not the manufacturer. They said they can arrange a repair. I have said I want a refund…its all gone very quiet now!

Had issues with the machine and despite several emails and unanswered phone calls I still cannot use the machine as the warning lights are on constantly. In one email that was sent they said that due to corona virus there will be a delay in getting back to me. Well that was a fortnight ago.

Product arrived quickly and was an excellent price compared with other stockists. My only negative point is the lady who phoned me for the telephone payment was foreign. I could not understand a word she said which does not give a good first impression.

Great customer service and delivery. However, I wish it would have had more packaging to help it not to break or anything, as there was only the original box covering the machine. Considering it was a £120 delivery fee. Otherwise the product works perfectly and everything is in order.
