Fantastic coffee machine. Really like the fact that it has an automatic cleaning function every time you turn it off. Very easy to operate. Excellent service from The Coffee Mate company. The coffee machine arrived within the 3-5 days advertised and a plug adapter was provided in the box which was very useful.

It only took a couple of days to arrive and as I am typing this the 2 coffee machines are now on there way to Lerwick on the Shetland islands to be delivered to an offshore dive support vessel.

Great service. There was a problem with the first delivery getting lost by the delivery company. Laura from coffeemate was excellent in dealing with my queries. Once it was clear the first parcel was lost, a new item was shipped immediately. Arrived today, coffee machine working great. Delighted.

Good range of equipment available. One of the few companies that supplied this particular espresso grinder. Easy website. Simple paying procedure. Slightly let down by delivery as UPS (not the most user-friendly) failed to deliver on not one but two specified days.

Great price, appliance was out of stock but gave me an estimated delivery date when they expected stock. During delivery they gave me tracker information. Would definitely buy from them again !

I received the coffee machine last week. So far really good, great coffee, quick and not to difficult to understand. Delivery was also good, without issues and on time. I would recommend ….specially if you can save some pounds 😉
