Bought a Wilfa grinder, arrived in 3 days after ordering, came with an EU plug and UK adapter which is not ideal but stock has been extremely limited for this model so understandable. Overall, a positive experience, very easy to deal with.

Great! Timely delivery. Good communication throughout. Also used UPS delivery which also had good tracking service making life easier. Coffee machine so far is working great. No issue setting up. Best price by £50 from any other Website or in store offer for this particular machine which was amazing. (£155 vs 200+++). Got as a gift and it is going down a treat. Thank you.

Didn’t specify that it would come with a European plug, but they helpfully supplied a converter.

The coffee machine is fantastic and makes a wonderful smooth cup of coffee. The machine looks fantastic and you can personalise your coffee – bigger caffeine hit in the morning. The customer service throughout was fantastic, they spotted a mistake I had made on my order and contacted me immediately to resolve this and kept me up to date at all times with the progress of my order. Would highly recommend The Coffee Mate for product, customer service and competitive prices.

This is the review about the company not the coffee machine although so far I’ve been happy with my choice The coffee mate company was prompt on delivery and dispensing relevant descalers et cetera price was competitive I haven’t had any issues with the coffee machine yet so I don’t know the customer services if there were any issues. Unfortunately all machines sold by coffee mate come from Europe so have European plugs with travel adaptors. This information is on their website, but not obvious at first glance. When queried on the chat I was told (incorrectly) that the machine WOULD come with a UK plug. That said the return process was easy and I have now purchased the same machine from elsewhere.
