Fast shipping but coffee machine wasn't double boxed and only had cling film to protect it, no fragile stickers either. Luckily my machine arrived without damage but I don't think many other people would be so lucky.

I purchased a Melitta bean to cup machine from this company and it is the first machine we have ever purchased. Upon unpacking and setting up a system error code appeared and we were disappointed and rang the helpline on the side of the machine and left a message. No one rang us back. After switching on off a few times the machine sprung to life and we put it down to a warm up software issue.Upon investigating the machine and it working parts the easy release brewing unit wasn't so easy to release. It was apparent the driver was not aligned correctly and this has caused throughout the month endless issues during brewing advising the brewing unit is missing. Eventually we got the same system error 8 message we had on opening and we rang mellita who said its a brewing unit fault contact the company you purchased from and advise them Mellita have advised this. It is also worrying that Mellita answered with "awww no it has to come back " This was on precisely the 1 month mark maybe a day or two short. The machine was picked up and we have went back and forth chasing answers from The coffee Mate who have endlessly promised calls and then never called back, advised they have emailed me updates but haven't. They are telling us Melitta the manufacturer of the machine should not have advised two trouble shoot methods , Melitta advise they should have. They advise the engineer has looked at it and my husband was correct there was a driving unit problem and that they should have talked us through taking that out! it is not accessible to us and both the coffee mate and mellita advise they only replace or refund physical faults so I have no idea what that means as was this not a physical fault? Their office hours are short and not GMT so getting answers and help is frustrating and now I'm getting back a brand new machine refurbished that cost hundreds. Guttered, wish there was a no star option. On the 24th Sept I have this day received a full refund and now thankfully consider the matter closed. I have since purchased Jura from a local distributor and they have been great.

Strongly suggest you order from someone else! I ordered a coffee machine as a gift for my brother because he is a healthcare worker and soon new father who has had a difficult, tiring year. Machine did not arrive and only after the delivery date did they email to say it won’t be arriving because they miss-advertised their stock levels. No discount or priority shipping offered for a future order.

Easy ordering and quick delivery via ups, prices was lower then competitor plus great 250g coffee included. Note comes with an EU style plug but an adaptor was included. Would highly recommend the company.

Disappointed by packaging. Great price & prompt dispatch. But I was horrified to see it delivered wrapped in cling film. It was bought as a present for my husband & if the product packaging had been wrapped in brown paper it wouldn’t have mattered that he was the one who answered the door to the delivery. As it was he could clearly see what he was getting for his birthday as it had been ingeniously disguised in see through wrap. Not to mention that the cling film is very environmentally unfriendly.
