Great service!

I read a lot of negative review prior to purchase but my experience was good. I ordered three items and they all arrive within a week and were in good condition. I didn't need to contact the company so I can't speak of their customer service or aftercare but I am a happy customer.

Most competitive price, for the coffee maker I ordered, by some margin I might add. The communication at every stage of the delivery process was extremely good. I particularly liked the information regarding the condition of the package upon delivery and found it completely reassuring that The coffee mate were prepared to replace completely if the packaging had been damaged in any way. In summary worth every star, twice. Good job The coffee mate.

I ordered delonghi bean to cup coffee machine. It was very easy to order and it took 4 days to arrive. It was hassle free order. So far I'm very happy with my coffee machine. There was as well pack of coffee delivered with my order and it taste great.
