Didnt have the coffee machine in the colour I ordered but emailed me immediately to offer me the same model in black (which I actually prefer) and some complementary coffee beans as an apology. Very happy.

Great approach, great commercial mindset, I will shop with them again. Although the machine I wanted to buy was not available anymore despite still being up on their website, they did everything right after that. They proposed the same machine with a different colour, responded very quickly to emails, and included a pack of beans as compensation. Well done!

Love my coffee machine, quite a few loud noises to start but its great now, friends recently upgraded to this so I decided to get one too, it sleek, modern, looks great in my kitchen, the shop are wonderful, easy to contact, I'm even tempted to try some coffee of theirs 🙂

The coffee machine is good quality and we'll made. It was delivered as expected in the promised time. Unfortunately, there was not an instruction leaflet in English. I got in touch with the supplier and was directed to a download copy. This sufficed for the general instructions but did not enable water hardness testing as no testing stick available. This is the first coffee machine I have owned so hopefully it will perform well. Since my earlier review coffee friend have sent my a water testing stick and a complimentary pack of coffee beans. I must say that they have responded promptly to my concerns and endeavoured to remedy the situation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I didn't receive my order

I just had a day of great coffee! A week or so ago I enquired about the Bosch CTL636E and asked for a quote. This arrived after a day or two and with such a good price I ordered it. I’d had an integrated Bosch coffee machine for the last 11 years but it finally died leaving me with making instant coffee! 6 days including a weekend after ordering it I had a pallet from Lithuania turn up. I unboxed it finding it in good condition and fitted it the next day. Today was my first full day of great coffee, the machine works perfectly although I still haven’t managed to connect to my WiFi. Thank you CoffeeFriend, a good deal on a nice machine and great coffee again!

Top service – very happy to recommend. Little confusion from courier, very swiftly dealt with and no dramas. The machine itself is superb… I used to enjoy the manual process, but recently it just became a chore… Now it is so easy! Extraction is spot on, auto-on function in the morning makes it even easier! It's so clean, quick and simple. Coffee is hot, flavoursome and basically instant!
