First time order with coffee friend, unfortunately there was a supplier issue with the coffee machine I chose but Rose the Sales manager got in touch with me, explained the situation and offered a suggestion for a replacement or I would be free to choose another option myself. I decided to take up the recommendation and it seems to be a better fit for me than the original one I picked. Very happy with the customer service I received from Rose and the warehouse guys getting my replacement order shipped the same day! Would but from coffee friend again.
