Cheapest place for a Sage Dual Boiler and they're hard to find in stock in 2020! Great customer service and answered all my questions I had even after placing my order. Comes with a EU plug but adapter is easy to use and is not as bulky as I thought. Once warranty expires its very easy to cut the EU plug off and put a UK one on. 5/5 stars and amazing coffee every morning!!

I ordered a DeLonghi bean to cup machine (an expensive model) from Coffee Friend. I was slightly nervous as I did not know them at all and this was a gift for my daughter. The machine arrived promptly in perfect condition and was just as I expected but for a lot better price than other sellers were offering. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

I ordered a coffee machine but was emailed to say it was unfortunately out of stock. An alternative was sent and I ordered that instead. It was more expensive that the one if ordered but still much cheaper than other places. Customer service was great and delivery fast. The only issue was the plug was European but I ordered a new lead separately. All in all I am really happy with the coffee machine and the customer service was great too. Would definitely buy from here again.
