Bought to replace 12 year old Neff bean to cup machine. Good communication & delivery from the company. Easy to install, Great multiple features making excellent coffee. Loses a star due to continental plug socket & no UK connector.

Wrong (cheaper model) product delivered – had to be sent back Second time – right product delivered but to wrong address – it was sent to the billing address instead of to the delivery address. My son had to drive across London to collect it Then that one didn't work and had to be collected. We then gave up and bought one from Currys. Thanks for the refund which was processed promptly

Excellent service and great bean to cup machine. Machine was delivered from Poland, so takes 4-5 days. It has a Euro plug, but UK adaptor was included in the box so no issues.

Great service, will use again

I have been looking for a coffee machine for a while. I went on and searched the Coffee Friend and the money you can save with them is great. I found the machine I wanted and they saved me another 50 pounds on the cheapest I found. They also are cheaper on matiance equipment for your machine. Looking forward to trying there coffee.
