I was very impressed with the price, order to delivery. The item was delivered within 5 working days coming from Poland as they didn`t have it from stock. Once received straight online to Delonghi (UK) registered for warranty etc No issues very pleased with the way they do business..

I hadn't heard of coffee friend before so was a bit apprehensive about ordering. However, I shouldn't have been worried. Everything was dealt with quickly and I was kept informed about my order and delivery. I'm really happy with my new machine and the coffee beans I ordered to go with it.

Good service. They emailed me to say that my payment didn't go through, so I should order again, but I checked my bank and it had. They checked their bank, apologised and sent the machine in a few days. They were polite and helpful. No problem.

Fantastic service & very good product, my Lelit Anita machine reached me in Singapore in just 3 days from the order (although I was expecting a UK plug instead of a Euro plug when ordering from a UK site :-), not a huge issue though). Fab product but was disappointed with lack of communication as to when it was despatched. Also, no plug converter was included so had to buy one before we could use the machine which was very frustrating.
