I had already decided which DeLonghi coffee machine I wanted, and stumbled across Coffee Friend as a potential supplier. I had never heard of Coffee Friend before, but they had good reviews, and were a lot less expensive than Amazon, or any other supplier, so I ordered with them. The machine was delivered a few days later, complete with English instructions, and a top quality adaptor for the EU plug fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Coffee Friend to other potential customers.

The product came as described but it appears to be a european spec and came with a euro plug and then you have to use an adaptor (which was supplied in the box), no issues and guess thats why it was a good price…

Ordered a coffee machine as it was the best price around. It took a couple of days longer than expected to arrive but when I contacted the Coffee friend team their communication was excellent. When it did arrive the machine was perfect and the coffee beans we bought with it were great too.

The box was badly packaged… only in black wrap and therefore arrived in a very poor condition, the product was not damaged but not great service

I bought a delonghi magnifica s coffee maker from coffee friend. After reading many reviews of the machine i searched for the best price and found it here for £274 whilst amazon had it on sale for anywhere between £325 and £399. The reviews of coofee friend/coffee mate were all positive and the only negative comment was the coffee machine came with a european plug. I ordered it anway and wasnt surprised to find the euro plug but i was pleasantly surprised to find it came supplied with a euro to uk adapter. The machine came quickly and was perfectly packed. i cannot fault the company, the service or the coffee maker.

Just received my new DeLonghi bean to cup machine and the quality of coffee it produces is impressive. There WAS a delivery problem but Julija sorted this, apologised and sent me 1kg coffee beans for the hassle! I was pretty sceptical about purchasing from Coffee Mate as I hadn’t heard of them before and their price for the machine was more than £50 cheaper than its nearest rival (yes – even Amazon!) but I needn’t have worried. All in all an excellent service – thanks again Julija!!!

I bought the Inissia coffe pod machine to replace the inissia I had which gave up the ghost after five years of hard work. Its a good machine, however the one sent out from Coffefriend is the european market version, not a problem as it comes with a UK three pin adapter. The multiple instructions manuals are mostly in foreign, and the english version inadequate. Again, not a problem as full instructions in english are available on line. Delivery is quick, service can't be faulted. Peter

Good Prices & Fantastic Customer Service Ordered a coffee machine – at a much cheaper price than rivals. The machine was dispatched on time, but there was a delay with the delivery company – the company were fantastic in explaining the situation and offered complimentary coffee beans for the delay. Unlike many companies who take your money and then ignore you, I can't fault the customer service of Coffee Friend, and will be using them in future. Having read other reviews, there seems to be some annoyance with the European 2 pin plug – the company seem to have learned from this, and supplied a UK plug adaptor with mine as standard. It does make the plug chunky and the wire sticks out of the plug a long way because of this, which is a bit annoying – and they should perhaps make this clear on their website. However, it wouldn't have affected my purchase decision, and the fact they supplied the adaptor and their customer service means I'm happy to give them the full 5 stars.

The machine comes with a European plug. Big shock that it’s not a UK plug as bought from a UK company. Should tell you this before you buy. Who is the warranty with ? As I’ve spoke to De’longhi who say the warranty is invalid as bought abroad. I did not but abroad. I bought from a UK company. Shame on you Coffee friend. Who is my warranty with ?????? I want to know.
