Fantastic service, quick delivery and the machine is amazing! I read so many reviews everywhere about this machine before purchasing it, and there were some complaints that coffee is cold or machine too big. I disagree! We set up the machine to high temperature and coffee is hot, we used Lavaza beens and coffee tastes really nice, the design, size and colour of machine is the best I could find! Highly recommended! All our family loves machine as it is so easy to use! Kids can heat the milk and easily make hot chocolate!

This company offered the most competitive price for the coffee machine I wanted. The purchase was smooth and delivery took about 5 days, with the package coming from Poland. It was well packaged in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. The machines comes with a European 2-pin plug and foreign instruction manuals, but there was a UK plug adapter included, so this was not an issue. In sum, a pleasant experience and I would definitely buy from this company again. Their prices are excellent.
