I placed an order and was told it was out of stock, so I asked to cancel my order and purchased elsewhere. Now a coffee machine has turned up and a bill for it, there is no information on how to return this unwanted item which is poorly packaged as well

I used the online chat to ask lots of questions before purchasing the machine and it was quite clear from the advise that they were experts. Brilliant service and I would definitely recommend.
