Packaging on both my coffee machine and pods were battered. As a gift for my partner this was very disappointing.

Great experience buying my new delonghi coffee machine. Checked what I wanted online and then called and spoke to Rose she was great in helping with advice and organising my order. Only thing I was concerned about was paying such a large amount through PayPal but everything arrived without issue. Will definitely use the site again in future.

Whilst the coffee machine itself was excellent and the ordering process and delivery very efficient, I was really disappointed that the box containing the machine was really battered and the one enclosed sample coffee pod was not in amazing condition. I wondered if the machine had been a ‘return’. The plug was not correct although it came with another plug to convert to British standards. Consequently I could not give the machine as a gift, which was my original intention when ordering. The above comments made despite the Nespresso Pixie being a good price. However, the reasons for this should have been made clear before ordering.

Our third machine over 15 years, but this is the noisiest, has the mood st difficult reservoir to fit and the plug requires a clumpy, unattractive adapter as this machine was clearly made for non UK supply.

Good coffee maker delivered on time. Slightly fiddly to get Nespresso capsules in the right place to make the coffee but great value machine! Keenly price delivery and cost of device. Well recommended as a firm.

Order process was easy enough, a lady called not long after my order to say they had sold out of the colour I ordered l, website hasn’t updated quick enough (christmas time) totally understandable. They were very helpful and put some free coffee with my order for the inconvenience. great service. the machine I bought is for a present so can’t comment on that yet but all arrived safe happy customer thank you
