It should be more obvious that the appliances do not have UK plugs fitted to them, and then if a return is required for any reason, i have to pay for the return?! Not fair at all.

The product I wanted was out of stock but their brilliant customer service team worked around it and pre-ordered one for me, which I greatly appreciated. Only reason this isnt 5 stars is because when the machine came it had been sent from a warehouse in Poland and had an EU plug with a UK adapter. Which in theory is OK, but it sticks out from my wall a bout 3 times the depth of a normal plug in an already tight space. So not perfect.

Sent me broken, used machine. Upon sending back the machine indent proof of postage, but I've still not been told when my replacement machine will be sent. Really disappointed.

1. Got EU plug instead of uk one 2. Part missing. no water filer though they should have included according to the instruction book, have emailed them, was told not included…. 🙂

Really good communication regarding order status. Very helpful over the phone when I had a problem with the European socket adapter – instructions were emailed across to me straight away. Very good customer service – would recommend 🙂

Awesome service and would highly recommend. When my machine arrived it turned out to be the wrong model and after a quick call, the correct model was on the way. A small hiccup but quickly fixed. The team were hugely apologetic with a courier arranged to collect the wrong machine from my house and I had some coffee thrown it to say sorry. The right machine is here now and is working great. Fantastic price too!

I ordered on the 22nd of November still no delivery. I have emailed and tried to call no communication at all, have asked for a refund.
