Great machine and quick service. Machine makes a great coffee and is loaded with water and coffee from the front. This makes it great for under wall units. Only issue was lack of update from UPS re delivery.

this company is one of the best in customer service – when my first machine was not in order I had to return it. no problem and full refund within a good time. the second machine was more what we wanted and used this company again. so much so that we recommended them to another party who also bought the same machine. the only down side -small – was that delivery was longer than i expected maybe Christmas/covid? not sure.

Prompt efficient service

What a disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee machine on Black Friday, only to be told the following week that it was out of stock and they couldn’t fulfil my order. Consequently waiting a few day’s for a refund and missing out on a good deal when reordering elsewhere. I would not recommend relying on this company unless it’s for holding onto your money for a week that you’re after.

Great product and swift delivery in difficult times.

Ordered the electric Fellow Stagg kettle. The actual kettle is great but the box arrived damaged which is unfortunate as it is going to be a Christmas present. It also has a two-pin plug and it although an adapter in included which you fit yourself, the one it came with was an ugly off-grey colour which kind of ruins the entire aesthetic of the appliance. I've bought a black one (£7.99 from Amazon). Not great for quite an expensive purchase.
