This machine is leaking badly all over my kitchen worktop, I have sent an email to request what action will be taken by Coffee Friend and awaiting a reply. It is a lovely looking machine makes good coffee but leaks badly. I hope this can be resolved and I can put up a good review shortly.

I have ordered Dolce Gusto coffee machine from this website. After payment has been made I did not receive any type of confirmation at all. No email were sent, I have checked inbox, spam, junk mail – nothing. No information on when delivery will be, no email, no text message – nothing. Parcel worth of £549 was left outside of our house! How this is possible? They do not even bother to call our neighbors if they can accept delivery while we was out of the house. Does it call a customer service? I would never ever buy from this website or recommend to anyone.

The box of the coffee machine appeared to have been opened. The instructions are in a foreign language, there is a 2 to 3 pin plug adaptor and the free coffee was out of of date.

An item bought online in UK happened to be shipped all the way from Poland and was supplied with EU plug and converter so it was after all ready to use immediately. Although the price was quite competitive I found out that same appliance if bought from Polish website of coffee friend would be cheaper. I believe even after paying myself for a courier to UK overall I'd spend less money. Coffee machine works great and makes decent coffee. I wish I knew that UK stock is shipped from Poland or any other EU country I would have saved even more money.

Very good coffee machine

I ordered a Coffee machine, De'Longhi "EC260.BK from the website. It was not shown out of stock. I paid by Paypal and received their email receipt. I have been expecting an acknowledgement from coffee Friend (as they are now called apparently). I called the helpline tel number the recorded response was to call in office hours. This was between 7am and 3pm shown on website. A second call the following day in business hours got the same response. I emailed and left a message. Update I have now received confirmation and assurance so hopefully all good now.

European plug. European machine. Not covered on Delonghi warranty. Do not be fooled by the co.uk address. This is a European company and all their products come with European plugs.
