Coffee Machine not recieved yet☹ due to border closures. Disappointed not advised before placing order that it was being sent from Poland. Communication excellent not Coffee Friends fault! Should advise if not based in uk. Very disappointed, who knows when my machine will arrive???

I ordered the coffee machine and paid for it online only to receive an email the following day to say that the machine was out of stock and they hadn't updated their website. On a positive, I was given regular updates as to when the order would be delivered. It took over three weeks to actually get the coffee machine delivered to me.

I ordered this coffee maker as a gift for a friend as it I one I own and know to work well. The product was ordered and delivered quickly and easily and happy arrived even earlier than expected. Although I wasn’t in there is an option for this when ordering ‘ if I’m not in you can leave my parcel….). The courier followed those instructions and left me notification. The product was well wrapped and functions well. Very pleased with my purchase and the service I received

Lovely machine. Took ages to get here but then that was probably because of the christmas post. Really wanted a red one but they were sadly out of stock
