Once we saw coffee machine was coming from Poland at a time when our French 'friends' had blocked the through, we thought it would be months before we received the machine but no, Coffee Friend came through and we received the machine in good order and time.

Good service. Not Coffee Friend’s fault that the goods were caught up in the December cross-channel clog up. Getting updates on the UPS system through the delivery email from Coffee Friend turned out to be easier than contacting several other courier firms.

Delayed due to coronavirus. When arrived my son was so pleased. Communication with Coffee Friend excellent throughout delay.

Happily our Coffee Machine Nescafe Dolce Gusto and our Coffee Pods Escaped from the Euro Tunnel Wagon Jam and now we look forward to our First cup of Coffee. Thank you . PS Five Star Service

I ordered a GREY Bialetti milk frother, a black one arrived. The delivery took quite a while, it came from Poland. It is still a milk frother, does the job, but not the colour I ordered.

Ordered a Sage coffee grinder. Delivery was fine and quite quick. Sadly when I opened the product, plugged it in and tested it out, it started making an electrical buzzing sound that continues the whole time it is plugged in. An extremely irritating buzzing sound. After contacting customer services, it was picked up by a courier for testing. After several weeks of waiting, we were told the machine was fine, no fault found, we had to pay another €30 for postage fees and now we have the same machine, with the same horrible buzzing noise and are a further €30 out of pocket. Customer service non-existent. I do NOT recommend buying from this supplier!

I still have yet to receive my package even though i ordered it on the 20th in hope its would come in time for christmas. Even though it didnt come in time i was sitll expecting it sometime in December.

I’ve not received my order yet. I spoke with Rose and she explained that’s its not got through the border before it closed due to COVID. She apologised advised me it will be sent on as soon as things start moving. Can’t say fairer than that really. It’s no one fault and people are doing their best under extremely different circumstances. We all need to manage our own expectations and be a little more understanding around what’s actually possible at the moment. And please don’t take it out on the person trying to help. #itsonlystuff
