This is because my oder has still not arrived and i have no idea what is going on with my oder no updates or communication

Ordered on 23 Dec 2020 and not yet arrived. They claim delivery between 2 and 3 weeks but seems too much.

Just outrageous work, delivery and movement of the package simply does not exist. A 23.12.2020 order was issued. Until today, he has not yet been sent. Although the shipping mail is working! 😡😡😡

Bought the coffee machine for my office it was a big purchase so I rang the company for advice before purchasing. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. The guy was so helpful, he answered all my questions, I felt like I had been to the department store and had a demonstration. So pleased with the advice I was given I bought the coffee machine online – it was delivered excellently when promised. Suffice to say the coffee machine has been put to good use over Xmas- It will be great in the office too for work! Thank you! will use your company again without hesitation.

Quick friendly service offering an exceptional product. The coffee machine I bought from them (Bialetti 4 cup espresso stainless steel) is the best. The butterly wing lid allows it to be opened with no risk of scalding and the container size allows good stirring of the coffee after it has been brewed (absolutely essential). This product is far superior to the cheaper imitations.

Second time I have used them, first time was excellent, this time I am 3 weeks and still waiting for my coffee. Not good

Came with an EU plug… Hidden on the website and then wanted me to pay to return

My coffee machine got delivered and there are several issues. Firstly, it was delivered from Poland with a flimsy adaptor to make it suitable for english use. NOWHERE on the website does it state that the product is not the British version with a British plug. The adapter is not sterdy or straight and I am not happy about using it, in fear that it will cause an electrical fire. They have, by not discolosing this, been falsely advertising the product on their website and that is in breach of many stautory laws. Secondly, the product has scratches along the top of the machine and the box itself was already open (not sealed) and battered. Therefore it appears that the product is one that has been returned rather than new. I am shocked and dissapointed at the above.
