Good comms about brexit shipping issues

My experience with this purchase is one of good communication. However, because of Brexit the delivery was seriously delayed. Although I appreciate this is not the sellers problem, as a customer it was frustrating.

My order realized succesfully. Contact with crew is very good and bery helpful. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I placed an order on December 31st and haven’t received anything. They already charged me and no updates. I think this is a scam.

Everything from the website which is easy to navigate, through to a prompt delivery was seamless. I had a question which was answered by customer service within a few hours. I will definitely use the company again.

ORDER FROM AMAZON. Placed my order on 21 December 2020, no tracking details available other than a delivery label has been prepared in Poland. Contacted the seller but they couldn't give me any clue about a delivery date. If I had ordered the coffee machine from AMAZON I would have received it the next day.

Still waiting for delivery 9 days after order.

3 weeks now for my order.!!!!! I think it's a scam website

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order and have contacted customer services a few times and still no response – would not recommend!
